Le Foodwalk, located in Amsterdam with TAX ID NL002078963B27, presents the following Terms and Conditions for the purchase of non-refundable digital products:

1.1. These Terms govern the purchase and utilization of PDF's with digital walking routes ("Product") from Le Foodwalk ("Seller," "we," or "us") through our webshop.

2.1. By purchasing the Product, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from making a purchase.
3. Product (description)
3.1. Product descriptions on our webshop are provided to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currentness, or error-free nature of the content.
3.2 We reserve the right to change the route and/or stops at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payment
4.1. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept Shopify payments and PayPal.
5. Delivery of Digital Product
5.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive instructions on accessing or downloading the digital Product. Please follow these instructions carefully.
6. Non-Refundable
6.1. All sales of digital Products of Le Foodwalk are final and non-refundable. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided for any reason.

7.1. The digital Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing the Product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
7.2. Reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, performance, republication, downloading, storage, or transmission of any material from our webshop is prohibited, except as outlined: (a) temporary storage in RAM incidental to accessing and viewing; (b) storage of cached files by your Web browser for display enhancement; and (c) printing or downloading one copy of a reasonable number of webshop pages for personal, non-commercial use, without further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
